Naturally, when something goes wrong in our life we tend to become fearful or anxious. Here are some scriptures on healing to meditate on when you need a little encouragement.
While on this journey, it is important to know God and not just his words. Knowing the word does nothing if you do not have an intimate relationship with God.
Why Read Healing Scriptures?
I remember when I got a negative report about my health and the only thing that gave me peace in that moment was reciting healing scriptures. This was a reminder that God’s promises are true. Immediately faith was built on the inside, and I became hopeful for the future.
Reading healing scriptures has the power to renew our minds. God wants us to prosper in our health and soul (emotions) and that everything goes well with us. (Ref: 3 John 2).
We are not asking something of God that he doesn’t want. One of the names of God is Jehovah Rapha which means “The Lord that heals“.
